SHIPPING POLICY
We select shipping companies that agree to deliver our customer’s purchase items in a timely and safe manner. However, these shipping companies too are run by their own policies and procedures, which are completely out of our control.
RawAs makes no guarantee that the items purchased will be delivered by a specified time and date. We will provide an estimated date if requested, but this is not to be taken as a guarantee. Should this date not be met, it is not a valid reason to cancel the order.
Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping quotes can be obtained once your delivery postcode is supplied. Please make a "note to seller" that shipping is required when you go to checkout.
RETURN POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Customers has three (3) business days to cancel an order and receive a full refund without penalty. After this period, RawAs may, in its sole discretion, allow the customer to cancel the order subject to a ten percent (10%) cancellation fee or refuse to cancel the order.
Return Policy on custom-order items
At RawAs we welcome custom-orders. We commence production on our custom order projects immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after purchase.
Customer orders require a 50% deposit to begin crafting. Balance will be collected after the item has been inspected, and prior to packaging the item for shipment.
Return Policy on non-custom order items
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must arrive back to RawAs workshop in the same condition as when the left the workshop. The original packaging material will greatly assist you in this endeavour.
All sale items unfortunately are not eligible for return and cannot be refunded. Items that are shipped in a crate via freight carrier are final sale and not eligible for return
Return Policy on Jewellery items
To be eligible for a return of Jewellery, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All Jewellery comes with money back guarantee.
If you are not happy just return it for a full refund of purchase price. (Postage not refundable and return postage is payable by customer)
RawAs will accept returns on Auspost/UPS/Fed Ex/USPS shipments that are standard sizes within fourteen (14) days for any reason. For all returned goods, customer will be required to pay for return shipping. The full amount of the returned goods less any return shipping cost, will be returned to the customer once RawAs has the goods back in its possession.
All sale items unfortunately are not eligible for return and cannot be refunded.

Refund Policy
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping fees may apply.
